Our Australian Lamb is the product of a clean, natural, free-range environment. Lean and full flavored, this tenderloin, perhaps the tenderest cut, is perfect for searing, roasting or grilling. Try marinating in a combination of fresh herbs, olive oil and sherry vinegar. Serve rare to medium-rare. A full bodied red wine will complement this meat nicely.

This was our first time ordering [...] and it was a wonderful experience. The lamb tenderloin was cut in nice sized strips and had no fat on it. We broiled it in dijon mustard and fresh herbs - it was perfect. Will buy again!

This was some of the best lamb I have ever tasted but when the package arrived it wasn't at all what I expected. The photo shows what looks like 3-4" diameter lamb loin but when I got the package it was 15 or so very tiny loin strips. Totally not what I expected but this was my first time cooking lamb loin and maybe that is what is to be expected. I grilled these indoor with a mint/rosemary olive oil rub that was fabulous. I would most certainly would do these again but my expectations would be different.

Having first received these lamb tenderloins as a gift, I have re-ordered several times, and like to keep some on hand. When suitably double-wrapped, they keep well in the freezer. To prepare them, we coat them lightly with extra-virgin olive oil, garlic and mint leaves, then broil lightly a couple of minutes per side, turning once.
