Jambon de Paris, a decadent creation by Les Trois Petits Cochons, is made according to the traditional French charcuterie recipe for cooked ham. Les Trois Petit Cochon's French Style Ham is made with Amish pork, delicately spiced, slowly cooked in its own juice, and wrapped in its skin. High in flavor, but low in salt, you will be charmed! Enjoy as part of a Ham and Swiss sandwich, hot or cold, with Dijon mustard. It also makes a great hors d'oeuvre component.

This is a great all around ham. I process the ham into slices for sandwiches and cubes for cooking. It is great in omlettes, quiches, and just plain. The ham is not salty, it is very juicy and lean. Although I live in an Amish community, I cannot find a ham of this quality locally. A quality product in the French tradition.

Delicate flavor, low salt, huge

This is a delicate ham for people who have reservations about ham. I like that it is low in salt because you can really eat a good serving without being overwhelmed with saltiness. I had slices of this in Paris with two sunny-side-up eggs in top; that's easy to reproduce and it's delicious. I also like a thick slice of this with high-quality tomato sauce (Scarpetti Tuscan Vodka Tomato Sauce) -- a quick, easy, and delicious dinner. This ham is not at all smoky.

Before you buy this, have a plan in place to use all of it. This ham is huge and because it is low in salt, it spoils much faster than any other ham I've purchased.

Delicious, but I'll go back to the Panonia ham which is more flavorful, smoky, and a more manageable size.

After our terrific dinner, where even our grandson loved it (and he is too little and finicky to love anything!), I put it on the counter with a thin carving knife. Just a little slice here, and little taste there. If I cut slices for sandwiches, I would snack as much while carving as I put onto the plate!

Just great.

Very tasteful. Probably the closest to Jambon made in France that you can buy in the USA. I truly wish they can add a little bit more fat to it. It would surely make it taste much better..

I received this ham as a gift and served it at our big New Year's Day party. Nothing fancy - just sliced and served cold on a choice of rye, pumpernickel or rustic Italian bread with mustard and mayo. It was a BIG hit -- everyone commented on the lovely, mild sweet flavor. It was more popular than our home smoked salmon! Even my Dad, who grew up in France, was impressed.

Served this ham for Christmas dinner for fifteen, a perfect and delicious ham to feed the masses. Many compliments were made on how it was the best ham ever eaten. I basted with a simple red wine and brown sugar mixture.
I would recommend this ham and would give as a gift.

I was surprised at how large it was - had to use it for a party because it was way too much for my husband and me. It sliced magnificantly. When we tasted it, I was amazed at how gentle it tasted. And the low salt made it seem so healthy besides being yummy. Thank you.
