Pros:
None
Cons:
Bad Flavor, Bad Texture, No fat, Over Seasoned, Rubbery Texture
Best Uses:
Doorstop
Describe Yourself:
Chef
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The texture is flaky wich dosn't allow it to be sliced thin as proscuitto should. There is absolutley no fat which helps create a creamy texture in proscuitto. The taste is simalar to low grade ham. Very salty. Don't buy this product!

I am from Spain and I was expecting it to taste more like the Spanish prosciutto I grew up with. It is not a bad product but not the taste I am looking for.
