I don't know what to say. I have purchased this product at [...]. They sell two versions of the proscuitto. The product at [...] has taste. This product didn't. I was very disappointed for the quality. And, to add insult to injury the price is off the charts. Don't bother to buy this product.

Good Prosciutto, especially in US. Not as good as a proper hung Parma, but enjoyable. If I would have a cool (temperature) basement, I'd like to try a whole leg of Parma and keep it for a while properly hanging in there. Don't forget, for this you need a proper cutting machine to get thinnest slices from the leg. Everything else is wasting money.

I topped Thin slices of Scamorrza cheese in small dishes and put it in the oven at 400 degrees F. for 5 minutes. We have it as our main course with salad and bread

It was everything I wanted. The taste was fabulous. The packaging was just right. I had no problem opening and getting the meat off of paper. I will surely buy this again and again. The pricing was very reasonable.
