First time order, found to be full-flavored, lean ham, dry-cured and smoked. Had a perfect delicate texture, and supplied in thin slices between deli paper for freshness.

Not as salty as procuitto. It was just like the schinken we used to get from the German butcher.

I really enjoyed this product! I found it to be more enjoyable than most prosciutto I've had. The flavor was subtle and slightly salty and the texture pleasantly firm without being rubbery!

Couple slices of the ham, couple slices of mozarella, couple slices of a nice red vine-ripened tomato, two basil leaves, and a squirt of EVO...What a salad!
