Somewhat disappointed in this product. A little overly salty. Predominant flavor of pork liver over duck. But for those liking pork liver, this is mild and quite palatable. Those who want more of the taste of duck liver may be disappointed.

This is a great buy! So good, favorful, delicate, just a beautiful Pate all around. I have to put it away until the guest arrive or I will eat all of it.....
