Le Trois Petits Cochons have been producing all-natural pates, in small handmade batches, using high quality ingredients since 1975. Their Duck Liver Mousse with Port Wine is a fine example of their fantastic creations. The province of Sologne inspired this delectable blend of duck liver and pork meat, delicately flavored with port wine and natural spices, cooked and presented in its own cooking dish.

I love a good Pate and this is one that tastes
delicious. Serve it about 1/2hr out of the fridge with Toast points or as a first course with a green salad. Cournichons also are a must.

More pork than duck
By Su from PA on 9/8/2008
Pros:
Easy To Prepare
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Mousse de Foie de Canard au Porto:

Somewhat disappointed in this product. A little overly salty. Predominant flavor of pork liver over duck. But for those liking pork liver, this is mild and quite palatable. Those who want more of the taste of duck liver may be disappointed.
