Les Trois Petits Cochons began making pâtés and other French specialties as a small charcuterie in 1975. Today, they still use all-natural, high quality ingredients, and craft small, handmade batches of their fine pâtés.Contains soy products.

I was much more impressed with thier Goose Liver Pate. I expected the Medeterranean accents to lend a wonderful experience to the flavor, but was badly disappointed. The flavor of the pate itself was lost amongst the seasonings. They make a wonderful product at Les Trois Petits Cochons, but I was not pleased with this one.
