I guess I was expecting a delicate explosion of flavor, but didn't get it. This was good. But only good. I have made my own pates with foie and anything else you can think of, and I really enjoy for there to be a "punch"...I liked this, but I think it was really lacking.

Very good product, with chilled Sautern (white wine) and toasted wheat bread. Keep the foie gras cold to ease the cut, but leave outside the fridge before serving to enhance the flavour
