Fabrique Délices broke ground in 1985 in San Mateo as the United States subsidiary of SAPAR, established since 1920 in Meaux, France. Through the years, SAPAR specialized in what it did best: Pâtés, leading to acclaim all over Europe.

Today, Fauchon in Paris, as well as the finest Gourmet Stores and Chefs all over Europe, are using SAPAR's products. When Jean Claude Augé decided to establish Fabrique Délices in 1985, he was certain to bring a major improvement to the American market. In order to implement these ideas and take control of the U.S. subsidiary, Marc Poinsignon and Antonio Pinheiro were brought from France to respectfully serve as C.E.O. and Plant Manager. In 1996, these gentlemen purchased the company with the goal of becoming the largest producer of fine Patés, Mousses & Foie Gras in the United States.

Fabrique Délices selects a limited number of "All Natural" meat suppliers according to its high standard of quality. All meats used in their pate products are guaranteed antibiotic and hormone free. Animals are fed with the purest natural feeds (No animal by- product). This product is free of preservatives, artificial ingredients and nitrites.

Made with Niman Ranch Pork, Rillettes de Porc is a combination of shredded pork meat, pork fat seasoned & cooked Confit Style.

I am French and spent all my summers in Le Mans, the rillettes capital of the world! A small chunk of these on a piece of fresh, crusty baguette, a cornichon on the side, I closed my eyes, I was back...
