I served the product as an hors d'oeuvre on New Years Eve. My guests all loved the flavor and texture. I was surprised how much I liked it because I do not like liver products or pate as a rule but found this Foie Gras to be very good.

Wonderful! As a frenchie, I have tasted many foie gras over the years - this one is one of my favorites! Quite flavorful, perfect balance of the wine and other seasonings, and nicely creamy. Definitely asks for seconds! So... am I glad I took advantage of the B.O.G.O.!

The taste is absolutely totally fabulous, but the block was brittle. When trying to slice it, it shattered into shard like pieces -- still very tasty but not very pretty and very hard to handle and serve.

Absolutely delicious! If it wasn't for the calorie count, I'd add it to every meal. It made a Christmas Eve delightful as a private snack with my husband before all the Christmas activities commenced.

Foie Gras is hard to find to begin with and to find REALLY good foie gras was even a better find. I am giving this as a gift to a French woman so that should tell you something about the taste.

This Foie Gras is phenomenal. The flavors gently caress your taste buds. Sublime, I tell you. Well worth the cost. Your friends will truly enjoy if served at a dinner party or just sit back at home and treat yourself.
