These Smoked Baby Clams are imported from China, where they are harvested, flavored with smoke oil, then packed in cottonseed oil. Each clam is about 60 mm. long and only 5 mm. thick, making them perfect for the appetizer tray. Serve chilled or warmed. Approximately 70 per tin.

There is nothing exceptional about these clams. The best I can say is that I have had worse. They do work well in a good fettucine, but not exclusively. Use as a minor element in a seafood combo fettucine.
