These Smoked Oysters are carefully harvested from Pacific waters, then cherrywood smoked and packed without shells. The smoking process gives them an attractive dark brown color. Their mild flavor and firm, (not chewy), texture makes them ideal for snacking or for the hors d'oeuvre hour.

Comments about Smoked Oysters:

I can't say that I didn't like these smoked oysters but they are not particularly special. The flavor was fine but I was a little irritated that they didn't hold together well--seemed to crumble and fall apart. I would just as soon pay a buck-seventy-nine for Chicken of the Sea oysters from my local grocer. Tastes similar but has a better texture.
