I like both anchovies and manchego, but this combo was just too over the top, overwhelming everything I tried to match with it. My advice is to pass on this one.

Wow...these things pack a punch. I ate them as-is the first go around, then had to add a piece of fruit to take it down a notch. Pretty salty (as expected) but tasty have a glass of wine nearby as well
