Milder than most I've had but goes very well with any dish that you would use this product in. I loved it in salads and pizza or just on a cracker. I must admit, I probably ate 1/3 straight from the jar! These comments are based on the original, extra virgin olive oil. I have not tried the others yet.

Comments about Anchovy Fillets by Scalia:

These anchovies are great mashed up and used in a Caesar salad dressing. They impart good anchovy taste without being fishy or too salty. They're just the right size. Other store-bought anchovies don't compare to these. The re-usable jar is nice, too.

Not as salty as canned or jarred anchoveys. The size was great. Allother anchoveys were very small and thin. Perfect for caesar salad, pizza and pasta sauces.
