These anchovies are great mashed up and used in a Caesar salad dressing. They impart good anchovy taste without being fishy or too salty. They're just the right size. Other store-bought anchovies don't compare to these. The re-usable jar is nice, too.

Great taste... perfect flavor... only wish they came in a 24-32 oz size....ran out way tooooo fast .... the chili flavor could be hotter, but being from TEXAS u understand i Love spicy foods... Jar will be reused for other perisables !

Much better than anything you'll find at the local market. Conviently packed so that you always have access to a few anchovies for sauces, dressings, or snacking.

Not as salty as canned or jarred anchoveys. The size was great. Allother anchoveys were very small and thin. Perfect for caesar salad, pizza and pasta sauces.

I made a white pizza with fresh basil, cheese and anchovies. They had the perfectr amount of salt and spices.
