Since 1998, the Mt. Kisco Smokehouse has been offering the best smoked fish in the New York and tri-state areas. All of their fish are prepared and smoked on the premises under the strict supervision of owner William Hurtado (and family), who has over 2 decades of experience. We offer 2 flavors of Norwegian salmon, smoked over fragrant maple and hickory chips.:

Gravlachs: Cured and smoked with sugar, kosher salt, fresh dill and spices.
Pastrami: Cured and smoked with sugar, kosher salt, coriander, and cracked black pepper.

Due to their highly perishable nature, please do not add smoked fish to gift baskets.
Varieties sold separately.

I was having a craving for salmon when I decided to check out what [...] had to offer amongst other websites and stores I've visited.I was looking for a differently prepared salmon rather than just the regular smoked, fresh, or frozen salmon I would buy usually at [...]. I just wanted something different from the norm. I saw the Gravlachs on igourmet and order it, and I found it simply delightful, delicate, and not too saltly. My initial thoughts with regard to its flavor upon first taste was that it was like eating "Manna from Heaven." I already have ideas on how I would combine it with salads, and light snacks, etc.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to my family and friends.Thank you for making having this product available and I would be more than happy to order it again in the future.Kind regards.
