Since 1998, the Mt. Kisco Smokehouse has been offering the best smoked fish in the New York and tri-state areas. All of their fish are prepared and smoked on the premises under the strict supervision of owner William Hurtado (and family), who has over 2 decades of experience. We offer 2 flavors of Norwegian salmon, smoked over fragrant maple and hickory chips.:
  • Gravlachs: Cured and smoked with sugar, kosher salt, fresh dill and spices.
  • Pastrami: Cured and smoked with sugar, kosher salt, coriander, and cracked black pepper.
Due to their highly perishable nature, please do not add smoked fish to gift baskets.
