All of their fish are prepared and smoked on the premises under the strict supervision of owner William Hurtado (and family), who has over 2 decades of experience. We offer 2 flavors of Norwegian salmon, smoked over fragrant maple and hickory chips.:
Gravlachs: Cured and smoked with sugar, kosher salt, fresh dill and spices.
Pastrami: Cured and smoked with sugar, kosher salt, coriander, and cracked black pepper.
