All of their fish are prepared and smoked on the premises under the strict supervision of owner William Hurtado (and family), who has over 2 decades of experience.Their farm-raised North Atlantic Norwegian salmon is cold cured with salt and sugar, smoked with maple & hickory chips, pin-boned by hand, sliced fresh and vacuum-sealed to insure 60 day shelf life.
Due to their highly perishable nature, please do not add smoked fish to gift baskets.
