
It sure was different! We enjoyed it, but might not order it again, because of health reasons. We do love duck, even though it's naturally high in fat. I cut these strips into one-inch pieces, removed most of the fat, and served it on smoked gouda on a cracker. Decadent and delicious!
I created a Pinot Noir sauce for my Rubbed Duck Breast (Grilled) - this was the perfect base for the sauce to add the Duck taste necessary.
