Comments about Bresaola by Beretta:

I find the Beretta Bresaola very satisfying and also quite aromatic. But frankly, I still slightly prefer the Uruguayan Bresaola which I also bought through igourmet.com. It's even more tasty and flavorful without being too salty. [...]

Comments about Bresaola by Beretta:

This breasola is very tasteful. If you have a decent slicer, you can slice razor thin slices for even better flavor. I've used the Bresaola primarily for apertizers (sqeeze a little lemon, add a drop of Extra Virgin Olive oil and a little cracked pepper). The bresaola also makes great sandwiches if you just add the bread and no other sides. Want a light salad? put slices of breasola on top of a bed of arugola and season the arugola only with Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar

The first time I had bresaola was in Italy. It was served on arugula with thin slices of asiago cheese and drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I have been hooked on it since then!
