This breasola is very tasteful. If you have a decent slicer, you can slice razor thin slices for even better flavor. I've used the Bresaola primarily for apertizers (sqeeze a little lemon, add a drop of Extra Virgin Olive oil and a little cracked pepper). The bresaola also makes great sandwiches if you just add the bread and no other sides. Want a light salad? put slices of breasola on top of a bed of arugola and season the arugola only with Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar
The first time I had bresaola was in Italy. It was served on arugula with thin slices of asiago cheese and drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I have been hooked on it since then!

GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT, WELL WORTH THE MONEY. NICE TO GET GOODIES WHEN YOU ARE IN SOUTH KOREA FAR FROM HOME.
Good for snacks, very high quality, but very expensive.
