These were a very easy main course my husband and I served to our neighbors one evening. We also tried the Merguez sausages and gave each person one of each, but these were my favorites. Good flavor, I will order again.

Because my husband and I have had many of Les Petits Cochons' pates, these sausages tasted too similar. So, if you've had Les PC pates beware.
