Somewhat disappointing taste. Shown as being 6 ounces, the times I've ordered it they weigh in between 4 and 4 1/2 ounces. Not worth the cost.

D'Artagnan smoked duck breast is a great product, but I have seen it elsewhere for less. I wish our local supermarket carried it. I'd be interested in iGourmet adding the whole breast (not just the 6 oz portion), and I'd buy it more often if it was cheaper.

Sensational hors d'oeuvre sliced thin on fresh ciabatta. It was a great pairing with a nice amarone, a variety of cheeses and good olive oil.

Would be better without pepper

This duck breast is absolutely delicious!
It's tender, not overly fat, not overly dry, it's just right.
And most importantly it tastes fresh like the ones you'd get from any good Chinese restaurant.

Fantastic flavor. Could use a bit more smoke flavor but it's still Great. Slice thin and use it as a sandwich, Slice thicker and add to a salad. Great for all times of the day.

French Omelette with diced chunks is heavenly, as is scrambled eggs, Creme freche and diced duck

Only wish it came in a larger portion, 8oz, 1lb. MORE!

Not quite the same product as the ones I used in Paris as the recipes had a stronger smokier flavour but it was successful in the recipes and unless I could get something closer to the French I would use it again.
