They also are very thinly coated with duck fat whereas others offered have enough to easily cook and flavor the leg without sticking. This is a big issue because you should not have to add another kind of fat to cook them; it changes the taste. The flavor was fair - meaning it tasted like a decent quality duck and the seasonings were not overpowering or listless. The texture was a little dry (for duck leg confit).
