If you've ever made duck confit from scratch, you'll understand when I say this product is a godsend. Eat it cold, warm it up in the oven, or heat slowly on the stove with your favorite sauerkraut or cabbage recipe. Delicious and well worth the price!
It should ship with more of the duck fat. There was not enough fat to reheat the confit properly.
