What a huge difference from the sausages that have sodium nitrates! These sausages have a distinctive clean, fresh, herbal flavor that is simply delicious! Well worth the price too! Will definitely buy them again!!

After trying all the varieties of sauages I like only one enough to order again. It is Bistro Sausage with herbes de Provence (Chipolata): A traditional French pork sausage with Herbes de Provence. (6 links) These I wish I could purchse separately. Certainly all were of good quality and arrived quickly.
