Served these steaks at the poker party and it was a great hit. Everyone wanted the url where I ordered these from.
Simple sea salt and crushed pepper seasoning and grilling to medium rare.

I grilled the steaks,and immediatly fell in love.The steaks are the perfect size,and even though I only used salt and pepper to season them,they tasted like expensive resturant steaks.If the price stays the same,I will be back for more.

I'm a frequent consumer of Omaha Steaks Reserves, and this is right up there in quality, taste, tenderness, etc. I highly recommend these steaks if you like a really good steak!
