Here's why- Rastelli Foods partners directly with ranchers in Uruguay in the raising and feeding of Angus and Hereford cattle. Via a commitment to a more humane raising of their cattle, each head roams freely on over 12,000 square meters. Grain is supplemented in their diet for over 120 days. Grain feeding produces Marbling or TASTE fat that lies between the muscle fibers, resulting in naturally buttery flavored, great tasting steaks. Finally, before the steaks are cut, the beef is specially aged to increase tenderness and enhance flavors. It's featured in world class restaurants.

This USDA approved process uses only cattle that are 24 months or younger. Cattle under 24 months are historically free from BSE contamination. Rastelli All Natural Beef is naturally lower in fat and cholesterol than traditional beef. Because of the special breeding and selection techniques, the cattle's unique high marbling score produces a steak that is truly special.
