Hand Crafted Lump Crab Cakes are hand mixed and hand formed to insure the lumps of crab meat stay intact to showcase the chef made appearance. These 3.5 oz cakes have a whopping 70% of lump and crab claw meat! No imitation crab is used. Our chef then adds just the right amount of mayonnaise, onion, celery, Dijon Mustard, parsley, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cracker crumbs. These ingredients combine to make without a doubt the highest quality crab cakes on the market today.

Served as an app with a remoulade sauce. Felt like we were in the French Quarter. Seriously good crab cakes. Large lump chunks giving a mouth feel and taste of crab rather than bread crumbs. Worth the price. Size is a little big for an app so consider splitting for lighter eaters. BAKE!

These are great crab cakes. I served them at a party and everyone raved about them. Three or 4 of my friends said they were going to order them for the Holidays. I will order again too!

Fixed these for discriminating diners who are particular about thier crab cakes - we grilled them and they loved the flavor and tenderness. Lots of meat, not alot of filler. Will buy these again!

Simple to prepare (My family thinks I spent hours in the kitchen).
Cooked in pan with a pat of butter.
My picky 13 year old loves them.

Better than Maryland style crab cakes.
Crab cakes had plenty of meat and seasonings were just right.

Disappointed in the crab cakes

My husband and I have eaten crabcakes in many parts of the USA. Our expectations were high after reading the description. We were disappointed in these as they did not contain 70% lumps and they arrived thawed on two seperate deliveries. We would not order them again.

Great tasting product unfortunately there are no cooking instructions inside the box. They are on the outside, but for those who throw the box away and forget to remove the instructions! Well, enough said. Live and learn I know how to cook but some others might not. When I gave a few away and told the person to bake them in the oven they thought I was NUTS!! And replied, "Don't you fry them?" I assured them that this was not only healthier but it would taste better and they would not fall apart when flipped. They love them.I do not like the fact that you cannot spell out the way you want to serve the cakes when you tell us to be concise!
