Eleven guests enjoyed the lobster cakes as part of our main dinner with your wonderful buttermilk blue cheese made into a dressing for a salad. They were fresh tasting with ample lobster.

I was surprised by these lobster patties, which had a lot more large chunks of meat in them than I expected. In restaurants I have had crab cakes that seemed to use up the extra little bits of crab, but these lobster cakes were great! Just the right amount of seasoning, too, you really taste the lobster.
