Bayley's Lobster Pound was the first place in Maine to sell a Lobster Roll and the tradition is going strong. This is a lobster roll for hearty Downeast appetites. Any Mainer will tell you that the secret to making a fabulous lobster roll is using fresh meat, NEVER frozen and our freshly-picked Maine Lobster Meat is the star here. Once you have tried it, you will never want to use frozen or canned lobster meat again.

Each kit is a meal for six people: one and a quarter pounds of fresh lobster meat cut into bite-sized chunks, six large rolls baked by Amato's Bakery, dressing on the side to mix into the meat and six giant whoopie pies for dessert. A decadent picnic awaits!

I've had lobster in Maine straight from the boat and this was just as fresh. The whoopie pies are a great addition to the package but you better plan on sharing one since they are huge!

Definite re-order!! We're Californians who were entertaining for New Years Eve and wanted something special to serve, with an east coast twist. This was the perfect choice for our small party and was a smash hit with everyone! The lobster was so fresh, sweet and absolutely delicious! The rolls to die for!!
