This streak was absolutely fantastic. It was well marbled when it arrived and the fat melted during the grilling turning the steak into a butter flavor. I cooked at 6 minutes each side on the grill to a medium. Marinated it 30 minutes at room temp with worchester sauce and salt and pepper for some added flavor. I would more than likely buy this again and entertain people that enjoy a high quality steak. [...]

Have you ever had a steak that you don't remember chewing? That was what eating this was like. Melt in your mouth. The steak was tender and well marbled. You could feel the difference just picking it up to put into the pan. Please don't over cook this steak it would be such a loss. The best steak I have eaten in over 40 years....but unfortunately also the most expensive.
