Located in: Meats/Seafood, Tuna
Bonito del Norte Ventresca is imported from Spain by renown tuna experts Ortiz. Ventresca is the most tender cut of tuna, being taken from the belly. Supple and delicious, this Spanish white tuna is packed in olive oil, not a water or brine solution, to maintain the integrity of the tuna. This ventresca is delicious on top of a salad or served plain with a bit of fresh herbs and cracked black pepper.

Comments about Bonito del Norte Ventresca Tuna:

I can't believe the difference between American tuna vs. Spainish tuna(color, texture, ingredient's,quality).Only think keeping the fifth star away, is a little to much oil.But it is still a must try for any seafood lover's out there.
