Make Thanksgiving Dinner extra special this year and serve your guests a flavor not tasted since the early days of America! Benjamin Franklin nominated this native bird to be the symbol of the original thirteen states. Being a game bird, its meat is flavorful, firm and moist. One taste and you will never go back to a farm-raised bird again. A special treat for drumstick fans, the entire wild turkey is dark, even the breast meat.

Comments about Authentic Wild Turkey (5 to 7 pound):

Because this was a wild bird, the breast meat was small and on the tough side. However, the bird had a wonderful flavor.
