No self-respecting dragon in Wales would be caught out without some of this fiery pâté in its pantry. A great blend of Venison Livers with Chipotle Chilies, which add a hot and smoky element to the flavor which Patchwork douses with Sherry before the flames get too hot.

Back in North Wales in the United Kingdom, Patchwork has been making pâté for over twenty-five years. They have found a company in Selinsgrove, PA which will make pâté for you with the same care and attention that Patchworks makes it themselves. Patchwork uses only the finest fresh ingredients. Patchwork sautés the livers in fresh creamery butter and then blend them with delightful flavors to bring to you what Patchwork believes is the best pâté you can buy.

Comments about Patchwork Pate - Welsh Dragon's Pate (Venison Liver with Chili):

I've only ever had "traditional" pates, with flavors like garlic, herbs, or brandy in them. It never would have occured to me to make a spicy pate, but this really hit the spot! The flavor of the venison liver is a bit stronger than the company's chicken liver pates (also got the Blueberry/Bourbon one), but holds up nicely to the spicy chilies in the pate.
