ham was very good, served it as luncheon entree with potato salad & devilled eggs...also good as appetizer (sliced thin with french mayonnaise & romaine lettuce on side)

The ham is dense, heavy and tough. It is processed and a layer of skin with fat is placed on top. I can find nothing good to say about this ham.
