- Chorizo by Palacios : Palacio's traditional process is based on a secret 30-year-old family recipe. Its meat and natural ingredients are carefully selected, creating a smoky, earthy, sweet and tangy sausage. (7.9 oz.)
- Piller's Black Kassel Salami: This salami is a lean blend of ground pork that is gently smoked over natural beech and maple hardwood for 7 days and air dried for a minimum of 28 days. (8 oz)
- Milano Salami by Beretta: Dry cured and made with pork, sea salt, and red wine, Milano salami was traditionally produced for centuries in the Italian old-country farmhouses and villages. (3 oz)
- Busseto Sopressata Calabrese: Busseto Dry Salamis are slowly air-dried and seasoned to perfection. This Italian-style salami contains red pepper flakes for a zesty flavor. (10 oz.)
- Provolone Piccante: This authentic, imported Provolone, rarely available in the U.S., is much more interesting than the mild Provolone most Americans have come to know. (8 oz)
- Carnegie Deli Mustard: Savor the taste of this classic and strong mustard from New York's famous deli. (8 oz.)
