Supplied in small quantities, this is the highest quality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena available, short of the authentic Tradizionale offerings. Thick and syrupy, this superior balsamic is luxurious drizzled over parmigiano reggiano and grana padano cheeses, fresh berries, or ice cream. Its attractive bottle contains balsamic worthy of the best occasions and true connoisseurs. (6% acidity.)

Our premium balsamics are manufactured by Acetum, Modena's most trusted and respected producer of balsamic vinegar. In fact, Acetum developed the "4 Leaf Quality Certification" system, which was officially adopted by the CTAB (Balsamic Vinegar Consortium) in 2002. With its strict adherence to quality, Balsamic by Acetum guarantees exceptional flavor.

Comments about Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - 4 Leaf:

My 1st "expensive" balsamic, and I am NOT DISAPPOINTED. Treated myself for my birthday to put on strawberries, but am enjoying it on salads, chicken, and swordfish as well.

The syrupy consistency is just what I was looking for, and the smooth balsamic flavor goes a long way without being overpowering.

Comments about Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - 4 Leaf:

This is Okay for pancakes but I can't see using it for anything else. The smell makes me sick. Maybe the vinegar is just a little bit too old. It's time to burry it! I hope I don't scare the dead.

Comments about Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - 4 Leaf:

Didn't really know what to expect paying almost [$] for a bottle of balsamic. I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried it on fruit (strawberries and pears). The balsamic really enhances the flavor of ripe or not too ripe fruit to produce a luxurious fruit eating experience. You only need to use a little and it packs quite a punch. The bottle of balsamic vinegar should last a while under normal usage so don't get scared off by its price.

Nearly equal to the expensive "Traditionale", but at a fraction of the price. Out of some 50 premium Balsamics tried, this is in the top 2 or 3.

This is a great balsamic, especially for the price. It is thick and syrupy, has a nice taste that is lightly sweet and not too acidic. I buy this for my family, friends and myself. I usually get 5 bottles at a time.

Comments about Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - 4 Leaf:

I purchased this vinegar as a birthday gift for my husband after we watched a special on basalmic vinegar on the Food Network. After checking the internet, I found the vinegar showcased on the program was out of our budget, but this product was an excellent solution. We have really enjoyed it and will purchase it again when this bottle runs out...[...]
