While we don't like lettuce all that much, we do LOVE vegetable salads with or without nuts &/or fruit. The fig vinegar is delicious. Also great on chicken. It adds that vinegar kick without slapping your tastebuds. It works great mixed with oil or mayo dressings and in savory or sweet dishes. We'll try the pear next. Wonderful!
