White Balsamic is a special condiment that was studied by Acetum after the requests they received from consumers that did not like the dark colour of regular Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The gentle, smooth and well-balanced flavour is perfect to be used in a variety of recipes, from simple salads up to more elaborated dishes. It's ideal on fish and on white meats because the color doesn't "stain" the dishes.

I just love this product. I was unaware of the white version of balsamic vinegar until visiting some friends in Europe. This product allows the beautiful taste of balsamic while maintaining a fresh and bright apperance. My salads have never been happier! Thanks for providing such a great product!!!

I use this whit balsamic mainly for salads. We love regular balsamic but there are times that the flavor is too strong or the color is not right. this whit balsamic is a bit more subtle and the color works great with light colored lettuces and carrots salad.
