This luxury "3 Leaf" Balsamic vinegar is incredible value and extremely versatile. We suggest drizzling 3 Leaf over roasted meats and fish seconds before serving, or brush it on as a marinade before grilling. It also adds flavor to warm sauces and gravies and inspires pasta sauces.

I used this and a variety of other vinegars at a balsamic-themed dinner party, and it was great on my grilled sea trout in a fresh-grape Balsamic reduction and in a pasta sauce. Good price, very good quality, and a nice bottle to boot!
