A perfect combination of new and old, this stylish bottle contains a vinegar recipe which dates back to the Roman Empire. Its label is made of thin metal, creating a polished effect. The bottle also contains the highly sought-after "4 Leaf" Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Perfect for drizzling over parmigiano reggiano or grana padano cheese, this full-bodied vinegar has a superb sweet taste, syrupy texture, and the aroma of cooked grapes. Its quality is only exceeded by traditional balsamics costing ten to fifteen times more. For a special treat, drizzle some over ice cream or fresh fruits.

Our premium Balsamics are manufactured by Acetum, Modena's most trusted and respected producer of Balsamic vinegar. In fact, Acetum developed the "4 Leaf Quality Certification" process which was officially adopted by the CTAB (Balsamic Vinegar Consortium) in 2002. With its strict adherence to quality, balsamic by Acetum guarantees exceptional flavor.

Comments about Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - 4 Leaf:

This is a thin and vinegary product that I would not consider using for veggies, salads, or desserts. Frankly, I was very disappointed in light of the fact it was sold as a 4-leaf (top of the line) product.

Comments about Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - 4 Leaf:

too thin, not a true 4 leaf, I am very disappointed with this selection and will not order again.
I have had 4 leaf that has been absolutely WONDERFUL, this is not.

igourmet Response: This is a true 4 leaf. Our 4 leaf private reserve has the thicker texture but both are robustly sweet
