Rich, not too sour taste, perfect for salad and tomatoes alone with basil, thyme and olive oil.

I used this and a variety of other vinegars at a balsamic-themed dinner party, and it was great on the salad and in a pasta sauce. Good price, good quality, and a nice bottle to boot!

This is our preferred vinegar for salads. Very tasty with sea salt and a good olive oil (try the Olio Carli's DOP.)
