(based on 15 ratings)
Located in:Oil/Vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar
Blaze, the first commercially available Balsamic Glaze, is ideal for decorating and flavoring grilled meats, risotto, or even desserts. While professional chefs have always used a balsamic glaze to finish their plates, few amateur cooks have the time or patience to prepare it at home. The Acetum Company, located in the Modena province, has created this unique glaze of premium balsamic vinegar which requires no further reduction. It can be added at the end of the cooking process because it does not need to be heated further. Blaze Balsamic Glaze will decorate and garnish your most refined dishes.

I use this on meats, veggies, pasta, mixed with salad dressing. Use just a small amount because it is so concentrated. Just drizzile a little bit over the food as an accent flavor.

My sister turned me on to this at one of her recent parties. After searching all the localgroceries stores, I came up empty. Nothing compared. Then I thought I would google it, and what did I find...[...]What a lucky day for me. I purchased 10!!!

It's about time such a product became commercially available! I hadn't realized how much I would use it until I had it on my shelf. I've given bottles to family and friends, because it's inexpensive enough for a special gift.

I was unsure how to use this at first, but quickly figured out it has many uses. We like it best on grilled chicken and pork chops, but is also good drizzled over pasta primavera (without the tomato sauce, of course). It's really unique and delicious and adds a gourmet touch to simple foods.
