Its original flavors come from careful maceration of genuine balsamic vinegar of Modena. The distinctive, dense texture results from juicing the balsamic fruits. All ingredients are natural - no added sugar, extracts, or preservatives. Savor as a marinade, glaze, or condiment to add flair to your favorite recipes.

We offer two different flavors :

Fig Balsamique is ideal for marinades or glazing for beef, poultry, pork, veal, or turkey.

Lemon Ginger Balsamique makes an excellent dressing without oil. It also works well for deglazing and in marinades for vegetables and seafood.
