A friend from Italy introduced me to this oil last year. It is the best I've ever had!
Lovely drizzled post-cooking.
This oil has improved my wife and my health and digestion. In fact, it has also contributed to lowering my cholesterol and helping to shed some pounds.
Health reasons aside, there is no other EVOO I have tasted anywhere near the price that is as flavorful, smooth, and overall pleasing to the palate.

After trying it on a salad, I was unable to eat it. I compared it to an evoo I had on hand and feel there must be something wrong with the Olio Carli. I will not be using the remaining oil, which I truly regret, as olive oil is so healthy and usually love using it for nearly everything.

Use when you want to highlight the taste of really good evoo. My wife & I just love to dip bread into it and enjoy the flavor.
Use when you want to show off the taste of good evoo. The flavor is like a Puccini aria.
My family has used and uses in Italy this oil from 1950s...it is a great taste and true quality.

I started using this oil when I lived in Bella Napoli, Italy. My cooking teacher introduced this oil to us. I use it for all my olive oil needs. Salads, pasta, dips. It makes a great gift for any occasion. I always buy several bottles at a time so I don't run out & can always come up with the perfect gift.

This oil is an example of "beauty in simplicity". It's not mucked up with anything artificial, overbearing to the taste, or unnecessary (Mother Nature got this one spot on).

I love this oil. Best Virgin oil I've ever used. Being Italian we use a great deal of Oil. My mother loves it and she's 97 years old. I send away for it whenever I see it's low in stock. Can't find anything wrong with it.
I use this product for anything calling for Extra Vergin Olive Oil (EVOO). Unlike any other EVOO found in the grocery this product has a fresh sent and flavor. I don't think most Americans know what good Olive Oil is supposed to smell and taste like.
Is is my staple for "better" olive oil for salad uses.

This is a great oil. Flavorful without being heavy with a delicate texture. One of my favorite oils I've tried, and certainly with the best price. Holds up fairly well to heat, but also makes great pesto and salad dressings. Very versatile. The 1-liter bottles are especially economical.

When I lived in Naples Italy I was introduced to Olio Carli products by a friend and neighbor. We received those home deliveries and no other Olive oil pleases my family more. I was absolutely delighted to be able to find Olio Carli products here at home in the states. Thank you [...]!

I love this oil. Price is great and it can be used in so many ways and still hold up! On salads,dressings, etc. It holds up will against heat. We love grilled vegetables brushed generously with this oil. Good value.

I love this olive oil! A client of mine gifted me with this at the holidays; she had it while vacationing in Italy and knew I'd love it -- she was right; now I order it myself and have since gifted it to other friends of mine (they love it as well). Adds a great flavor to pastas and salads.

exceeded expectations. will never buy olive oil from regularar grocery store agaian, It's smooth , adds a very mild but really nice taste. good size, i use it almost everyday.
Makes any other olive oil I have tried seem terrible. I am now spoiled.

Delicious, no funny aftertaste. I'm addicted to Caprese salads and this olive oil is the best!
I grew up in Italy and my mom used this olive oil. It is incredible. Don't cook with it though. Extra virgin should not be cooked with-- it has an altering taste, ask any chef. If you are looking for cooking oil, but the Carli Olive Oil that is not extra virgin.
I first learned of ths olive oil when my cousin north of Venice sent me some and told me it is the only brand they use, I really thought it was the best and have been buying it [...] ever since (probably 3 years or so.
We don't cook without it. Anything that calls for oil and most of the dishes that call for butter, we substitute with Olio Carli extra virgin. We use it in my Mother's old country cooking recipes; the flavor is wonderful, and the dishes are more healthy. It is a great substitute for other flavorings such as ham hocks, bacon, and other such transfat seasonings.

this isnt a yuppie oil or fashionable oil
its a real italian oil that would be welcomed in any italian kitchen
where olive oil is used in everything and is treated almost as a cure all for all that ails you

This is a close runner up to the DOP version. Great flavor, and a great value for the money.
when you finally get tired of oil hunting in southern Europe and realize that Italy wins the day, hands down, settle on this suprisingly well priced and solidly exciting olive oil. You won't find better value for your money, as the oil survives the ultimate test: pour some into a small dish, sprinkle with good, coarse salt and sprinkle a few drops of fresh lemon. Then dunk in some good italian bread. Nothing like it.

This EVOO is excellent, has a very fresh flavor with a smooth taste that will not over power your lightest dish. Delicious for dipping and also wonderful for cooking with. I will continue to purchase this product until it is gone.

A friend visiting from Italy told me about this olive oil and I tried it. It's the only olive oil my family uses. Try the "Deciso" as a dipping oil for vegetables and bread. The "DOP Extra Virgin" is excellent as a finishing oil for fish.

I have no further comments.
My wife has food allergies that prclude the use of many ordinary cooking ingredients. The Chef at our club got[...] olive oil for her use, but it ceased to be imported. I discovered it was made in by [...], who began to market in the U.S. under their own name. We bought that, and then that became unavailable. This oil came from [...], and used the [...] olve almost exclusively. [...] We tried the first two, but while certainly excellent oils, they weren't to our tastes. We were going to try the last, but then read about the "everyday" Olio Carli, with its very low acidity, and tried it instead. It proved to be exactly what we wanted, even though it's primarily from Imperia, and made from various olives. Our club also uses keeps some on hand for my wife. It's not hard to understand why it's Italy's best seller.
I love the taste of this oil. It's light and tasty. Not a heavy oil

I am Greek and my fiance Italian. Naturally, we are very picky when it comes to bying olive oil. We have found Olio Carli to be the best oil we can find in the US, and buy it in 6-bottles per order.

One of the best olive oils out there. Yes, it's expensive, but you can really tell the difference compared to supermarket and even some specialty food stores.

I have so much better Olive Oil both in this country and in Italy and much cheaper !!! Big disappointment
Really great on salads. Mild taste that blends well with vinegar. Also like frying chicken or cutlets. Doesn't overpower.

We absolutely love this olive oil's smooth and consistent flavor. I usualy buy 6 bottles at a time. My husband can go throug a liter in less than a month. We use it for everything although uncooked is the best. You cannot beat this olive oil [...]. An essential item to have on-hand.
Great Cooking Oil but be careful when used in a fry pan above 300F. It can be a bit dicey. I cook with it on medium as a saute oil but not too hot. It holds its flavor better at the lower temps. Cook no hotter than you need to finish your dishes to your liking. Mixes well with unsalted butter in the saute pan.

I really loved the flavor of this olive oil. It will not disappoint you! This is high quality and can be used in many ways: to top fresh mozzarella and tomato slices; on salads with a good balsamic vinegar; etc. I will definitely buy this product again. It's pricey, but worth it.

This is the best olive oil available on the market at the best price. It is no wonder it was appointed to the Papacy in 1927.
