I use this a lot. It's a well-balanced oil that's good for dipping and almost too good for simple stuff like salad dressings or hummus (although it's excellent in both). It imparts a buttery flavor to the pita chips I make to go with hummus, and it adds great depth to just about anything. I'd give it a 4.5/5 instead of a 4/5 if half-stars were allowed. Overall, I'd highly recommend this stuff!
