This is my first Greek oil, and it is a little more bitter than the Italians I've had. The flavor is a tad too strong for me to use for dipping. It is still a good oil with very complex flavors. I think it would be excellent for salads.

Greek olive oil at it's best. Full flavor with delicate, sweet, fruity overtones. Very few oils are this good.
