I use this in all cooking, it is great on Salmon, cuts down on real lemon ( too acidic ). I found this product to be very versital in the foods I prepare. The lemon flavor does not overpower. Great Flavor. I have not found anything wrong with this product in my Recipes from Scrambled Eggs to Porter House Steak !

this olive oil is different from anything that im used to in that i am still trying to figure out more uses for it.
it is very flavorful but not overpowering in the lemon department.
i drizzled over a garden salad with a little sweet balsamic and it gave a new meaning to salad,
it was fantastic. Pasta is next.
