Comments about Olivado Extra Virgin Avocado Oil:

I Really love the Taste of Olivado Extra Virgin Avocado Oil . It has very similar properties to Olive Oil, and is very similar in taste, so it is easy to use in place if Olive Oil. One thing that makes it tops over Olive oil is that you can cook and bake at a higher heat with Olivado Extra Virgin Avocado Oil. So, it is more versitle than Olive oil for cooking and baking with. Yes, I still use Extra Virgin Olive Oil for some receipes, but Olivado Extra Virgin Avocado Oil had replaced many other recipes that I use Olive oil in.

Comments about Olivado Extra Virgin Avocado Oil:

I use this oil along with the white vinegar on all of my salads, it mixes well and does not over power the taste of the vinegar which is lite, sweet and not too acidic,. The best thing about it is the lightness of the taste, if found nothing to complain about when using it.

This stuff is great! I poached salmon in this oil with dill, threw in some sliced zuchini and it was indescribable. The avocado oil really brings the flavors to life!
