Adds a pronounced non-oily mushroom flavor to anything. Really kicks up
mushrooms! I used this oil to saute' an Italian seasoned portabella mushroom I make as a side dish, (garlic, basil, parsley, pepper & parmesan ). Served to people who had it before & everyone gave me props on how good they were that night. The oil was the ONLY change.
Also good on pizza, pasta, and anywhere you want mushroom flavor.
