Pumpkin oil is reputed to be a very healthy oil. It also has a great nutty flavor. I like it best simply drizzled over salad greens with a sprinkling of grated parmesan and fresh ground pepper. No vinegar or other spices are necessary. The flavor and consistency of the oil are a great complement to greens.

I can't live without it! I use it on pasta, rice, grits, salad dressing. It's especially delicious as a topping for vanilla ice cream (as served by [...] restaurant in Berlin). It has a rich green color, which adds to its appeal and is commensurate with its rich taste.
