I enjoyed the light, fresh flavors of each of the herbs, basil, lemon, orange, rosemary, garlic, and oregano. The infused extra virgin olive oils are strong enough to taste the difference, light enough not to change the flavor of the main dish served. The bottles are attractive too.
My preference is the pure Italian olive oil without the overpowering add-ons.
Delicious olive oil infused deeply with fragrant lemon. This on salad greens with some salt is all you need.
